Non-silicone, water based concentrate. Dilute 1 part Tire & Rubber Dressing with 1 part water to provide a short term ""new look"" to tires, mats, rubber bumpers, etc. Will wash off with water. Body shops dilute this product up to 4 parts water to 1 part Tire & Rubber Dressing.
